vegantreehugger asked: hi! its cool how you're from malaysia, so am i! :) anyways my question is, i usually plan out my meals so i eat pretty well on good days and i workout a lot. but when i'm stressed or sad i tend to "emotional eat" and i think that sabotages my workouts and diet overall. do you have any advice on how to overcome that? i'd really like to tone up and get rid of the flab!...

Swimming
It’s been ages since I stepped into the pool, but doctor’s orders are three times a week, in addition to physio, in addition to miscellaneous strength work (plus my own workout). So today marks the third time in two weeks since I stepped into the pool.
First though:
17 minutes spin bike

Doctor & Physio Updates!
Good news! Just six more physio sessions and one more doctor’s appointment at the end of March! My progress is good, except that my external rotator and pec major on my left side is tight. Both are to be expected.
Doctor said that my strength will plateau soon and I need to work on flexibility. And I still need to go swimming three times a week.

Swimming!
Since the physio told me off on Wednesday for not swimming, I jumped into the pool twice this week - Thursday & today. Of course, I did major body parts plus biceps (and today triceps as well) for both sides. I can only lift 2.5 kg (6 lbs) for bicep curls on my left side. Better follow protocol, because I don’t want any accidents!

Updates on the bicep tendon
Well, it’s the 10th week after the operation and the verdict, so far, is:
Tendon is healing well
Scar is still sensitive
Adhesion inside is making all kinds of movement impossible
Muscles that are stiff: external rotator
Muscles that are weak: pec major, rotators, triceps, lats, entire deltoid, bicep (of course)
Need to start swimming, apparently, but can’t seem to find the...
